DNS Change Request
Please enter the changes for the DNS/Zone file below. Requests are usually processed within 24 hours after submission. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the changes have been completed. Follow the steps below in order to ensure a proper and accurate modification to your DNS/Zone file.

- Please enter the domain name that you wish to submit changes for.
- Enter the name that you want to modify under Domain Name field.
(ie. mail.domain.com, subdomain.domain.com) - Select Type under the drop down.
MX = Mail exchange record. An MX record is used to point e-mail for the domain name to a specific mail server. Any priorities should be entered into the Record Data field. (ie. "domain.com MX 50 mail.domian.com")
A = Address record. An A Record is a machine name that points to an IP address. (ie. domain.com A 209.111.111.111)
CNAME = Alias for Canonical name: maps an alias to an existing machine name. (ie. domain.com CNAME ftp.domain.com)
NS = Nameserver record. Used to signify the nameservers for a domain.
PTR = Pointer record. A PTR Record is used to point to an IP address to a machine name. (PTR Records are only used in reverse in-addr.arpa DNS/Zone files) - Enter the actual IP address of the physical machine on the internet in the Record Data field. Or if this is a CNAME record, enter in the machine that the alias should poin to.
